Job summary

Futures, a member of the Sevita family, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Massachusetts team. You will conduct FBAs, develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans, and create individualized treatments for learners across home, community, and clinical settings.

Join a mission-driven team with small caseloads, weekly peer collaboration, and ongoing professional development through Relias Training and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or certification in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analysis) credential.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for helping individuals thrive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Create individualized treatment plans to help learners grow.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff.
