Job summary

Texas ABA Centers in Plano, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. Salary ranges from $85K to $110K annually, with relocation assistance up to $15K and a commitment to high-quality care for children and families.

The BCBA will design and supervise ABA programs, oversee RBT implementation, and conduct functional assessments while supporting credentialing and continued professional growth in a leading clinical environment.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree required.
  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • LBA preferred (before starting services).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
  • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
  • Other typical BCBA activities.

What You’ll Do

Education/Experience and Other Requirements
  • Masters degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • LBA Preferred (before starting services)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
