Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a BCBA to design, implement, and supervise behavior‑analytic programs for children and families. You will oversee RBTs and caregivers, conduct functional assessments, and lead weekly BCBA supervision to support certification goals.

The position emphasizes clinical leadership, ongoing training, and a path toward advanced practice within a growing ABA network. Relocation and loan‑forgiveness options are available.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree is required.
  • Active BCBA certification is required.
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date if required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Able to pass background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
  • Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
  • Conduct assessments for behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
  • Perform other typical BCBA activities.

What You’ll Do
