The Opportunity

Step into a leadership role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) where you\'ll design and oversee comprehensive behavior intervention programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities. Your Responsibilities

Assessment & Program Design

  • Lead comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments
  • Create evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs tailored to each child\'s unique needs
  • Build individualized behavior intervention plans focused on skill development and positive behavior support

Team Leadership & Training

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical support staff
  • Deliver engaging training sessions on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and ethical best practices
  • Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure consistent, high-quality implementation across all programs

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide holistic care
  • Document clinical progress and maintain compliance with insurance and regulatory standards
  • Lead family consultations and team meetings to celebrate progress and refine treatment goals

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze data to track treatment effectiveness and client outcomes
  • Adapt intervention strategies based on progress and current research
  • Maintain BACB certification and pursue ongoing professional development
What You Bring

Required:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Master\'s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current state licensure (if applicable in Maryland)
  • Proven expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, assessments, and evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of hands-on pediatric Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience in clinical or school settings
  • Direct experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of insurance authorization processes and clinical documentation standards
  • Previous experience leading and developing clinical teams
