Job summary

Qualifications

Schedule & Compensation
  • Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Schedule: Flexible schedule with work-from-home opportunities

Essential Functions
  • Conduct assessments, including VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, BRIEF, Vineland, SSIS, and other assessments necessary for treatment planning
  • Monitor children's progress toward treatment goals and make data-based decisions
  • Provide feedback and clinical guidance to RBTs regarding treatment implementation
  • Understand medical necessity criteria and ongoing updates
  • Provide family treatment guidance as necessary
  • Actively participate in collaboration and stakeholder meetings
  • Provide coverage for direct sessions when needed
  • Meet BACB supervision requirements and ABA best-practice standards

Requirements
  • Master's degree
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
  • Licensed or licensure-eligible Behavior Analyst through the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners
  • Ability to pass required background checks
  • Possess a valid fingerprint clearance card
  • Experience working with pediatric populations
  • Playful and creative personality

  • Ability to effectively use a variety of technology applications
  • Reliable transportation
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
