Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to lead assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in a collaborative team setting. You will design and monitor intervention programs, analyze progress data, and support families and schools with guidance and training.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, clinical leadership, and a strong commitment to helping children and families in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities
