Salary: $80000-$110000 annually. (*$85000-$110000 annually for Oakland area)

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using data-driven, trauma-informed, and contextually sensitive approaches.
• Design and oversee the implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families to support student success.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed based on data.
• Train and support school staff in behavior‑analytic procedures and best practices.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior‑related goals and accommodations as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical, clinical, and school district standards.
• Adhere to BACB® ethical guidelines and stay current on best practices in behavior analysis and education.
