Zusammenfassung

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is hiring a full-time BCBA to lead clinical care and supervise a team of RBTs, ABATs, and technicians. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized plans, and supervise data-driven treatments in clinic and home/community settings.

We offer WFH options, a supportive, mentor-led environment, and a focus on balanced caseloads and professional growth across NC.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
