Job summary

Butterfly Effects in Raleigh/Apex, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid in-home based role. You will lead clinical practice, supervise RBTs and BTs, and design individualized ABA treatment plans to help children with autism and their families.

Our BCBAs earn above the national average. Here is what your total package looks like:

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
• Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
• Total Potential: Up to $112,000
