Butterfly Effects is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-home based work in the Fayetteville/Sanford area of NC with a hybrid model. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess and plan: functional behavior assessments and individualized treatment goals.
• Empower families: monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.
• Coordinate care: collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $95,000
• Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
• Total Potential: Up to $107,000
