Job summary

Butterfly Effects, a BCBA‑led ABA therapy provider in Louisiana, seeks passionate BCBAs to join a mission-driven team. You will supervise RBTs, design customized treatment plans, and collaborate with clinicians to improve outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.

Responsibilities

Our BCBAs earn above the national average. Here is what your total package looks like:

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
• Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
• Total Potential: Up to $102,000
