Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to advance clinical excellence and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. You’ll develop individualized treatment plans and supervise RBTs, with support from a back-office team.

The role offers remote or in-person supervision and parent training across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona, plus opportunities for mentorship, CEUs, and comprehensive benefits. Must live within 50 miles of GA.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a passion to help children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience
