Job summary

ASAT is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in Bethesda, MD. We offer flexible schedules, hybrid work, and opportunities for career advancement. This role requires BCBA certification, MD licensure, and strong supervision skills.

You will develop ABA plans, supervise RBTs, assess progress, and collaborate with families while meeting ethical and payer standards. We provide mentorship, research opportunities, and a supportive environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified behavior analyst with MD licensure.
• Experience in developing ABA programs and assessments.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and train families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $50,000 - $135,000 per annum
• Full-Time: 25-28 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Location: Bethesda, MD

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Current MD LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
