Great Strides ABA in Austin, Texas is looking for a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team. As a BCBA, you will lead and support paraprofessionals, conduct patient assessments, and design individualized behavior intervention plans to support our patients.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and possess BCBA certification. This role offers flexible scheduling options, professional growth opportunities, and a user-friendly billing app for easy session tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Experience with children in behavioral health or special education settings.

Responsibilities

• Leading, Supporting and Encouraging Paraprofessionals
• Conduct Patient Assessments to Develop Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to support patients
• Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make necessary adjustments
• Providing Parent Trainings
• Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.

Skills

• Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required
• Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
