Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a part-time BCBA to manage a small caseload of children and families, with supervision of RBTs in schools and home settings. The role blends in-person and telehealth, and emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care.

You will assess and design individualized treatment plans, collaborate with educators and families, and maintain the highest ethical standards while enjoying flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be able to supervise RBTs.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• Ability to work part-time with flexible schedule.
• Strong communication with families and schools.

Responsibilities
