Job summary

Behavior by Design in Missouri is seeking a Behavior Analyst to develop and monitor behavior support plans and implement individualized treatment plans in home settings. You will train parents in ABA strategies and supervise RBTs while collaborating with fellow BCBAs to optimize client programs.

The role requires a BCBA certification, a degree in a related field, and licensure or LBA eligibility in MO or NJ, with experience in autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree, license and BCBA certification are required.
• Experience in ABA with children and developmental disabilities is required.
• Strong report-writing and home-instruction skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide training and instruction to parents on behavioral strategies and ABA teaching methods at home.
• Work 1:1 with children and young adults applying ABA techniques in-home settings.
• Complete accurate and timely reports.
• Manage a team of RBTs and collaborate with other BCBAs to develop programs.
