B Above Autism Services is actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our Mishawaka, Indiana team. We offer part-time or full-time opportunities with a competitive hourly rate and bonus opportunities based on performance.

You will help children and families through high-quality ABA services in a supportive clinical environment. Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams while ensuring

• Active BCBA certification required.

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
