ABA Pathways LLC seeks a compassionate BCBA to join our team in Michigan. The role emphasizes a person-centered approach, collaboration with families and professionals, and ongoing program improvement to enhance client independence.

The candidate will conduct FBAs, design behavior programs, and provide direct services as needed while maintaining strong organizational practices and safety protocols for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Two (2) years minimum experience in providing ABA services.
• Demonstrated experience and skills in team leadership.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and interact with clients safely.
• TB, background checks and clearance, infant/child CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
• Design individualized behavior programs.
• Maintain consistent, reliable client schedules.
• Provide direct services to clients as needed.
• Support families and clinical team members ongoingly.
• Ensure program implementation aligns with company standards.
• Collaborate closely with BCBA colleagues.

Primary Responsibilities:
