Job summary

EDU-AIDs LLC in Medford, MA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and support students with disabilities in an inclusive learning environment.

You will conduct FBAs, develop and implement ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train staff and families, and analyze data to measure progress, with strong emphasis on collaboration with educators and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure, where required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Establish measurable treatment goals based on client needs and assessment results.
  • Analyze behavioral and clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
  • Provide direct and indirect clinical services as appropriate.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), behavior technicians, and other clinical staff.
  • Train parents, caregivers, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders in behavior-analytic strategies.

Job Description
