Responsibilities

Job Summary: EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral assessments.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Establish measurable treatment goals based on client needs and assessment results.
• Analyze behavioral and clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Provide direct and indirect clinical services as appropriate.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), behavior technicians, and other clinical staff.
• Train parents, caregivers, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders in behavior-analytic strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure, where required.
