Magical Moments ABA, a fast-growing, client and therapist-focused company, is seeking a strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team!

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description:

• Certified and licensed BCBA to supervise RBTs and Trainees.
• Work in a fun and relaxed setting; enjoy coming to work every day.
• Make a difference in a private practice where you work closely with the owner and other therapists to help develop the transdisciplinary team.
• Have the freedom to develop treatment plans using your own professional judgment; no set curriculum, program requirements, nor clinical supervisor to dictate your work.
• Responsible for assessing, developing, and maintaining Individual Behavior Treatment Plans.
• Complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies, and other duties within the scope of practice of a BCBA following the BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics.
• Strong clinical background in administering verbal behavior assessments, conducting language, play, and skill-based assessments (i.e. ABLLS), and implementing and/or training others using individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula.
• Provide assistance to children with special needs and their families to help them reach individual and family goals.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis.
• Certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Experience providing services to individuals with Autism.
• Clear background check.
