Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a BCBA with ATS, you’ll play a vital role in assessing, developing, and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for our young clients. You’ll also serve as a mentor and supervisor to BCBA candidates, RBTs, and clinical staff, supporting high-quality, ethical care across our teams. In partnership with families and caregivers, you’ll provide training and guidance that empowers them to support continued progress beyond sessions—extending your impact far beyond the clinic. Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range:

• $60-80 per hour for direct, billable hours, based on experience.


• Other pay- Non-billable rate provided for indirect hours such as training, onboarding, and travel time.


• 2 Hours of paid treatment planning time offered to you monthly regardless of insurance.

Sign-On Bonus:

• Full-time BCBA: $5000 after 400 billable hours within 6 months.


• Part-time BCBA: $3500 after 275 billable hours within 6 months.
