Job summary

Achieving True Self (ATS) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead, mentor, and oversee ABA treatments for children and families. You’ll supervise BCBA candidates and RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop data‑driven plans while guiding families for continued progress beyond sessions.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring ethical, high‑quality care and in shaping ABA services across Maryland, with ongoing CEUs and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Evening availability 2-3 days a week preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
• New grads are encouraged to apply!

• Build relationships with children and families, and create engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a BCBA with ATS, you’ll play a vital role in assessing, developing, and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for our young clients. You’ll also serve as a mentor and supervisor to BCBA candidates, RBTs, and clinical staff, supporting high‑quality, ethical care across our teams.

In partnership with families and caregivers, you’ll provide training and guidance that empowers them to support continued progress beyond sessions—extending your impact far beyond the clinic.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range:

• $35-65per hour for direct, billable hours, based on experience.
• 2 Hours of paid treatment planning time offered to you monthly regardless of insurance.

Sign-On Bonus:

• Full-time BCBA: $5000 after 400 billable hours within 6 months.
• Part-time BCBA: $3500 after 275 billable hours within 6 months.
