Achievements ABA Therapy in Georgia is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical excellence across in-home, daycare, and school settings. Remote or in-person supervision of RBTs and parent training form core duties, alongside treatment planning and collaboration with teams.

This role supports children with autism and their families, with a back-office team handling administrative tasks to enable focused clinical care.

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience

• Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
• Must live in/within 50 miles of GA!
