Requirements

Conduct assessments and design treatment plans; review and update on a regular basis.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and design Behavior Intervention Plans.

Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians in clients’ homes.

Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.

Maintain positive communication with parents.

Collaborate with parents to incorporate individualized goals into the family’s daily routines, thus providing parent training.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Communicative & collaborative.

Committed to purposeful care

Current BCBA certification and a minimum of 2 years of home-based ABA experience.

Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (Such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.)
