Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA seeks qualified professionals to join its Autism program, expanding its ABA services with evidenced-based practices. We offer supervision for BCBA candidates and paid RBT training and certification.

Center-based work with flexible hours (full and part-time) is available, with shifts from morning to evening. Applicants should have a Master's degree and active BCBA and LABA credentials, plus experience developing and implementing behavioral interventions in applied settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Current BCBA and LABA certification required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavioral interventions in applied settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ABA interventions for children in center-based and community settings.
• Collaborate with families to tailor treatment plans.
• Document progress and adjust strategies based on data.

We are proudly expanding our Autism program with the utilization of evidenced based ABA practices. Join KFSABA and be trained to implement the latest techniques. Also offering supervision for individuals pursuing their BCBA, and paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification.

LOCATIONS & HOURS

• Center based
• Flexible hours: full and part-time opportunities are available
• Available hours include (but are not limited to) weekdays and Saturday with shifts varying between 7am and 7pm

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Minimum of a Master's Degree
• Current BCBA and LABA Certification
• Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions

Requirement

• All new hires will need to submit proof of vaccination upon hire or must submit negative weekly COVID tests
• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
• Candidates must possess the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift items to 50 lbs on occasion
• Note: This role requires the ability to spend a significant amount of time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods
