Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior-analytic programs in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Starting rate $95,000–$115,000 per year with relocation up to $15K. Active BCBA certification required; Masters degree and licensure steps encouraged. You will supervise RBTs and caregivers, design skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs

  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly

Education/Experience and Other Requirements
  • Masters degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
