ABA Centers of America in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA to design, implement, and supervise skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for children and families.

You will oversee RBTs and caregivers, conduct functional assessments, and support licensure processes. Relocation up to $15K and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this full-time position.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required.
  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Initiate state licensure before start date.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsabilités

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
