Job summary

Empowering Minds ABA Solutions, a Finni Health company, in Manchester, NH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver client-centered behavioral health services part-time.

As BCBA/BCaBA, you will assess, design and implement individualized behavior plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience with children and autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
• Empathy, patience, and client-centered care
• Reliable transportation
• Active CPR Certification (assistance to obtain if needed)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and interact directly with children

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Providing one-on-one therapy and family support

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA or BCaBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities

• Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans

• Providing one-on-one therapy and family support

• Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
