Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Atlanta, GA. The role combines in-home supervision with a hybrid work model, backed by a strong admin team to handle scheduling and intake.

You will oversee clinical programming, conduct assessments, and train RBTs/BCaBAs while coordinating with families to ensure consistent care. Active BCBA certification and GA LBA license are required, with prior ABA supervision experience.

Responsibilities

We are a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, and we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team in Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas.

About The Role

As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care. You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and more.

Requirements
