Bright Star Behavioral Health Services is a small, clinician-led ABA provider with a strong emphasis on ethical practice.
We believe ABA should prepare children for success beyond sessions by focusing on functional skills that improve everyday life. Through thoughtful clinical care and strong partnerships with families, we strive to support lasting progress and greater independence for the children we serve.
As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you’ll oversee ABA services for an assigned caseload, including assessment, treatment planning, clinical supervision, caregiver training, and the ongoing evaluation of client progress.
This position primarily involves in-person supervision with clients, with flexibility to complete report writing, treatment planning, and some caregiver training remotely. The BCBA will work closely with the Clinical Director and behavior technicians to provide consistent, individualized services based on each client’s needs and treatment goals.
Afternoon availability (between 3:00-6:00 PM) is preferred, as many clients receive services after school.
