ABA Centers of Tennessee, based in Knoxville, TN, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions for children and families. You will supervise RBTs and caregivers, conduct functional and preference assessments, and drive high-quality outcomes in a clinical setting.

Active BCBA certification is required and you will initiate state licensure before joining.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree required.
  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Initiate state licensure process prior to start date.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Background/drug screenings and driving record in good standing.

Responsabilités

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
  • Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
  • Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
  • Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
  • Other typical BCBA activities.

What You’ll Do

Requirements
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
  • Masters degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
  • Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
