ABA Centers of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs for children with autism. You will oversee RBTs and caregivers, conduct assessments, and guide staff pursuing BCBA certification.

Final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. We provide mentorship, leadership access, growth opportunities, special interest groups, and on-demand clinical support to ensure high-quality care and measurable

Formación

  • Masters degree required.
  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Clean background and driving record required.

Responsabilidades

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment).
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
  • Other typical BCBA activities.

What You’ll Do

Education/Experience and Other Requirements
  • Masters degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
