Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Assessments: Evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Develop Curriculum: Design, update, and oversee behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and Train: Provide guidance to behavior technicians and ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
• Collaborate: Work with families and professionals to develop and execute comprehensive treatment strategies
• Monitor Progress: Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve client outcomes
• Maintain Clinical Quality: Review documentation to ensure high standards of care

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Certification: Current BCBA certification
• Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for LBA licensure in Utah
• Experience: Experience providing ABA therapy preferred; newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, clinical, and analytical skills
• Transportation: Reliable transportation required (caseloads built with geographic convenience in mind)
