Lumino ABA seeks a passionate BCBA to join our Orlando-based team. Work in school and home settings with flexible hours and hourly pay that fits your schedule, along with clinical director support and mentorship.

You’ll conduct FBAs and develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, collaborate with schools and families, and have opportunities to grow into diagnostic and leadership roles while avoiding burnout.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Medicaid license required.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience; newly certified BCBAs welcome.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while being team-oriented.
• Reliable transportation to school and home-based client locations.
• Passion for providing high-quality care to children and families.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and preference assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation.
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development.
• Optional: Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS).
