Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time hourly role. Flexible scheduling and a hybrid work model (remote & in-person) let you balance caseloads with your other commitments.

Minimum 1 year ABA experience required. You will manage a small caseload, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educators and families to create meaningful progress while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own small caseload of clients with ABA goals.
• Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (mix of in-person and telehealth).
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with educators and families to drive meaningful outcomes.
