Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for flexible, hybrid work in the United States. We offer part-time and full-time hourly roles with an emphasis on balance, small caseloads, and meaningful impact on kids and families.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educators to support progress. If you value heart-first care and flexible scheduling, join our mission-driven team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage your own small caseload of amazing kids and families.
• Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (mix of in-person and telehealth).
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
