Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans. Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
