Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in North Carolina (Holly Springs) to lead ABA services with a capped caseload and flexible scheduling. The role includes supervising RBTs, data-driven treatment planning, and direct therapy as needed in a pediatric setting.

Salary ranges from $102,000 to $115,000 per year, plus a guaranteed bonus and a $25K sign-on. Benefits include PTO, growth opportunities, and a 401k match. No weekends and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of ABA therapy experience.
  • Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other behavioral needs.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and guide decisions.
  • Knowledge of current research and best practices in behavior analysis.
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality.
  • CPR and First Aid certification current.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other direct care staff.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide direct therapy services when needed.
  • Conduct parent training and ongoing family support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of progress.
  • Adhere to BACB guidelines and professional ethics.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Job Details
Responsibilities
  • 1. Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • 2. Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct care staff.
  • 3. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary, using data-driven decision-making processes.
  • 4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • 5. Provide direct therapy services to clients as needed.
  • 6. Conduct parent training and provide ongoing support to families.
  • 7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
  • 8. Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • 9. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 1. Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • 2. Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing ABA therapy and behavior analysis services.
  • 4. Experience in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other behavioral needs.
  • 5. Strong understanding of the principles and procedures of ABA.
  • 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups including children, families, and medical professionals.
  • 7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • 8. Knowledge of current research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
  • 9. Ability to handle a high level of responsibility and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • 10. Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • 11. Ability to pass a background check.
