Jobot in Riverside, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children with autism, supervise RBTs, and partner with families and care teams to ensure progress. The role offers a strong compensation package and extensive growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Experience administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, Brigance, and FBAs.
• Strong understanding of ABA methodologies, including Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Verbal Behavior (VB).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff, including ongoing training and performance feedback.
• Analyze data regularly to evaluate client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
• Provide parent training and support to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities.
