Bright Builders ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Havre de Grace area team in Maryland. You will develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to advance client outcomes.

Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities support your professional goals. Required: BCBA certification, Maryland LBA, Master’s in ABA or related field, and experience supervising RBTs.

About the Role

Schedule

• Pay Rate: $95 - $115 HOURLY
• Full-time: 25 hours/week or part-time available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Havre De Grace & surrounding areas
