Job summary

Kids Club ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, provide training to parents and staff, and collaborate closely with other team members to improve outcomes for children.

The successful candidate will supervise RBTs, maintain meticulous documentation, and contribute to a positive, growth‑oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, providing training to parents and staff, and collaborating with other team members.
