DEPS in Gilbert, AZ seeks a BCBA to conduct assessments and lead data-driven ABA treatment planning for pediatric clients. The role includes supervising RBTs, participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring clinical quality with flexible scheduling and work-from-home options.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to RBTs on clinical implementation.
• Meet BACB supervision requirements.
• Cover direct sessions as needed.
• Participate in collaboration and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

Essential Functions

• Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, BRIEF, Vineland, SSIS, and any other assessments necessary for treatment planning)
• Monitor child’s progress on treatment goals and make data-based decisions
• Provide feedback to RBTs on clinical implementation
• Understand medical necessity criteria and any ongoing updates
• Provide family treatment guidance as necessary
• Be an active participant in all collaboration and/or stakeholder meetings
• Cover direct sessions if needed
• Meet BACB and best practices supervision requirements

Requirements

• Masters Degree
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification through the BACB
• Licensed, or Licensure eligible, Behavior Analyst through the Az Board of Psychologist Examiners
• Pass required background checks
• Possess a fingerprint clearance card
