Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, BRIEF, Vineland, SSIS) for treatment planning.
  • Monitor progress and use data to adjust treatment goals.
  • Provide feedback to RBTs on clinical implementation.
  • Meet BACB supervision requirements.
  • Cover direct sessions as needed.
  • Participate in collaboration and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements
Essential Functions
  • Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, BRIEF, Vineland, SSIS, and any other assessments necessary for treatment planning)
  • Monitor child’s progress on treatment goals and make data-based decisions
  • Provide feedback to RBTs on clinical implementation
  • Understand medical necessity criteria and any ongoing updates
  • Provide family treatment guidance as necessary
  • Be an active participant in all collaboration and/or stakeholder meetings
  • Cover direct sessions if needed
  • Meet BACB and best practices supervision requirements

Requirements
  • Masters Degree
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification through the BACB
  • Licensed, or Licensure eligible, Behavior Analyst through the Az Board of Psychologist Examiners
  • Pass required background checks
  • Possess a fingerprint clearance card
