Job summary

Developmental and Educational Psychological Svcs in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a family-centered team. You will conduct assessments, guide treatment planning, and supervise RBTs in a naturalistic, child-led program.

The clinic offers a flexible schedule with work-from-home opportunities, lower caseloads, a $10,000 annual bonus, and support for clinical growth including exam readiness. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (ABA/psychology).
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BACB).
• Licensed or licensure eligible as Behavior Analyst (AZ Board).
• Pass required background checks and fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, BRIEF, Vineland, SSIS).
• Monitor progress and use data to adjust treatment plans.
• Provide feedback to RBTs on clinical implementation.
• Understand medical necessity criteria and updates.
• Provide family treatment guidance as needed.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and collaboration.
• Cover direct sessions as needed.
• Meet BACB supervision requirements.

Requirements

• Masters Degree
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification through the BACB
• Licensed, or Licensure eligible, Behavior Analyst through the Az Board of Psychologist Examiners
• Pass required background checks
• Possess a fingerprint clearance card
