Job description

Ahead ABA is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Gaithersburg, MD. We provide in home ABA therapy to children with autism across Montgomery County. As a BCBA with us, you will write and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, run assessments, and work closely with families to help each child grow.

We pay $105 to $115 an hour, and you can set a caseload and schedule that works for you.

You will need an active BCBA certification and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
