At Ahead ABA, no BCBA works alone. We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Bethesda, MD, and you will have real clinical support behind you, not just a caseload.

You will write and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, run assessments, and work closely with families in our in home ABA program across Montgomery County. Pay is $105 to $115 an hour.

We ask for an active BCBA certification and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, plus experience supervising RBTs.
