Job summary

Ahead ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Bethesda, MD team providing in-home ABA therapy to children with autism across Montgomery County. You will write and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, run assessments, and work closely with families to help each child grow.

We offer flexible hours with a caseload you can set, compensation ranging from $105 to $115 per hour, and the opportunity to do meaningful clinical work with strong support behind you.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
