ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) in Cary, NC is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team. The role involves developing ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and coordinating with families to achieve client outcomes.

Requirements include BCBA certification, NC LBA licensure, and a Master’s in ABA. Hybrid work options and opportunities for research involvement are available, with a competitive salary and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Current NC LBA licensure is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Experience with early learning curriculum scope and sequence.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for multiple settings (in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community).
• Experience training and supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Experience with parent training and conveying importance of ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.

• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $50,000 - $100,000 per annum

• Full-Time: 25-28 hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Location: Cary, NC

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

• Current NC LBA licensure required.

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

• Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.

• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.

• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.

• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.

• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.

• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
