Job summary

House of Hearts ABA, in Florida, seeks a BCBA to lead a small caseload (7–10 clients) with in-person school supervision and telehealth home supervision. You will create individualized treatment plans and ensure high-quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be licensed as applicable.
• Minimum 1+ years ABA experience; school or home-based work is a plus.
• Proven ability to collaborate with teams and coaches families.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management of 7–10 clients with high-quality ABA services.
• School-based supervision in person; supervise RBTs and collaborate with educators.
• In-home supervision via telehealth; guide families remotely.
• Design individualized assessments and treatment plans based on real needs.
• Contribute to growth with schools and communities in the state.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, state laws, and policies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Caseload Management: Lead your own exclusive group of amazing kiddos (7–10 clients) and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.

• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.

• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.

• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.
