Bright Builders ABA is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing team in Essex, MD. The position involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

You will monitor client progress, adjust programming as needed, and maintain high clinical and ethical standards in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in related field (ABA, Psychology, Education, or similar)
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
